Cancellation Policy
48 Hours notice is required for all rebooking/cancellations
Under 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of your booked service
Under 24 hours will result in 100% charge of your booked service
No shows will result in 100% charge of your booked service
15 minutes Past your service time without communication is considered a No show
If you are more than 15 Minutes late I will try my best to accommodate all of your services. However, if I am unable to do so, you are still required to pay for the services you have been booked for.
While I do not offer any refunds, I am able to make any changes to your hair at no cost if you are not 100% happy with the outcome of your service. I must be notified within 5 days of the date of your original service for an adjustment. Hair Extension purchases are non refundable, once the deposit is made for the purchase of the hair it is a non refundable deposit. The request cannot be different than the original inspiration photo we discuss during your consultation.
